 WASHINGTON WINE INDUSTRY FOUNDATION
The Washington Wine Industry Foundation provides resources to meet the needs of the Washington wine industry. Organized in 2001 as a 501(c)(3), the Foundation engages those who care about the wine industry, provides opportunities for scholarships, education, outreach and research. In many cases, WWIF partners with other industry organizations to fulfill these objectives. Through the Foundation, you can help to advance the excellence of the Washington wine industry.
The foundation is funded through contributions and grants made by individuals, companies and organizations and memorials. Special fundraising events include the live and silent auction held during the 'Unity Dinner' at the Washington Association of Wine Grape Growers annual meeting and the 'Wine CupR 'golf tournament held each summer. A volunteer board of directors and committees govern the foundation.
